What is going to truly define effective branded content in the years ahead is relevance that feels honest. AI tools will make content faster to produce and easier to personalize but speed isn’t the same as value. If everyone uses the same tools the same way, everything starts to look and sound alike.
The real difference will come from human judgment: knowing what matters, what’s worth saying, and how to say it with clarity. AI can support the process. It can’t replace perspective. In the end, people don’t need more content. They need content that feels useful, honest and intentional.
Key Insights
We all feel the industry has changed but creativity still makes the difference — when paired with honesty. Content should belong in the feed, not interrupt it. Audiences can tell the difference in seconds.
Technology and personalization will keep evolving. Authenticity won’t. As sustainability and social impact move from trend to standard, brands that act with intent — not just messaging — will build something stronger than reach: trust.
Signature Work Achievements
I joined Styria Media Group after 17 years in advertising, shaped by McCann Zagreb, Publicis Croatia, and Saatchi & Saatchi Croatia. I wrote headlines, killed darlings, defended ideas. Somewhere along the way, I learned that pressure is useful — and budgets are just creative briefs in disguise.
Today, I lead 24sata’s Native Studio as Chief Creative Content Producer. In a market that doesn’t rely on big numbers, ideas have to carry the weight. And that’s fine. When resources are limited, creativity becomes essential.
At 24sata, we build long-term native projects around sustainability, education, finance, and entrepreneurship. We also craft custom campaigns shaped by client needs — but measured by reader attention. If content feels forced, it fails. If it feels natural, it works. We’re proud to have our work recognized internationally, including being named “Native Studio of the Year.”
Career Lessons
This industry moves fast and speaks loudly. Make sure your ideas speak louder. When you know your brief, your audience, and your numbers, it's easier to protect your perspective. In work, as in life, guild allies, not just contacts. Support other women. Share credit. Recommend each other. Give praise when earned.
