What do you believe will define truly effective branded content in the years ahead?

Truly effective branded content will be defined by long term, creator-first partnerships that prioritise authenticity over one-off activations. It will connect culture to commerce through integrated brief-to buy strategies and shared KPIs that tie creative work directly to business outcomes (attribution, ROAS, LTV). Technology from CreatorIQ to bespoke platforms and CRM integrations will scale discovery, measurement and workflow, but human curation and cultural fluency remain essential. Success will come from diverse creator rosters, local market nuance (the work we launched across Spain, Germany, Nordics), and operational rigour that enables repeatable, measurable campaigns. Finally, investing in creator and internal talent development will separate brands that win attention from those that merely buy it.

As creator-led culture continues to redefine attention, my core insight is that brands succeed when they move from transactional campaigns to enduring creative partnerships with creators. Authenticity is non-negotiable, audiences respond to genuine voices and sustained collaboration, not one off activations. I’ve seen this drive measurable commercial returns across markets, from scaling McCann Content Studios to winning long term roster clients like SharkNinja.

Technology and systems (CreatorIQ, CRM integrations, bespoke platforms) are critical enablers, they let us translate creative ideas into predictable, scalable revenue by improving discovery, measurement, and workflow across regions and help with globalising efficiencies. But tools alone don’t replace human curation, the best outcomes come from combining cultural fluency with rigorous work flows, process and commercial governance.Looking ahead, measurement must evolve beyond vanity metrics to tie creator activity to real business outcomes (attribution, ROAS, lifetime value). That requires tighter briefs, shared KPIs and integrated cross channel strategies that connect content to commerce and product experiences.

Finally, invest in talent, both creator development and internal teams. Diversity of voice, perspective and markets (we launched Spain, Germany and the Nordics) is not just a moral imperative it’s a commercial advantage that unlocks new audiences and sustained growth.

Signature Work Achievements

Consistently exceeded revenue targets by translating culture-led creative into commercial growth. At McCann Content Studios (MCS), I have driven over 55% global growth in 2025 with UK +250% and Middle East +70%, as well as launching full teams from scratch in Spain, Germany and the Nordics. MCS now has over 500 people globally within two years.

Won and scaled major roster and retained clients (Nestlé, Unilever, L’Oréal) and secured SharkNinja as social & influencer lead agency, growing its EMEA business 150% in 2025.

Led and developed multi disciplinary global teams, drove go to market strategies, and maintained consistent thought leadership to win new business.Represented the business at industry forums and in thought leadership such as Cannes Lions panel with Peroni and creator Adam H and at CreatorIQ Connect Europe and Epica, boosting brand credibility and driving new business opportunities.

Built and operationalized global pipeline, reporting and CRM systems (MSFT Dynamics, CreatorIQ, SAP) to improve forecasting, productivity and cross market collaboration.Scaled ITB Worldwide’s influencer division 200% (2020), authored the business case and global rollout roadmap for a bespoke influencer platform across IPG.

Launched Refinery29 UK, achieving 1M+ unique users in 12 months and generating £1.5M+ in partnership revenue.

Delivered £16M+ digital revenue at Hearst across 22 brands through talent partnerships, branded content and experiential programs.
